Things I love this week (in no order):

1. Pushing Daisies...it is just so....whimsical...and I didn't think I'd like that but I do.
2. Bach
3. My nieces...well I always love them but they are especially cute this week.
4. Chuck....it is like Alias meets like Scrubs or something...how awesome is that? And the guy who plays Chuck looks like a cross between Zach Braff and John Krasinski, which is like my nerdy guy fantasy.
5. Chocolate milk.
6. Dark Chocolate
7. My crazy sister and her insane need to drag all of her sisters to see some guy off of American Idol at a club in Indy.
8. Autumn
9. Text messaging (we have a love/hate relationship).
10.  The Office....which is my super secret fandom love....and in case you haven't noticed, I've out myself as a Office lover
which is what happens when you re-watch all of season 2 and season 3 in three days.

Things I do not particularly care for this week:
1. Soymilk....yuck.
2. Work
3. House: Seriously, he just got to go back to work after trying to kill himself?  Seriously?
4. Babies crying...makes me sad.
5. Grey's Anatomy....I'm just not feeling it right now....the first week was great....last Thursday...not so much.  They need to fix their shit and fix it soon.

I'm sure my lists will be different next week....I'm so random.

Randomness

1.  I'm hiding from the Harry Potter spoilers...or maybe spoilers...or out and out fake spoilers...whatever they are, I'm hiding from them.  I'm half way through a re-read of HBP because I couldn't remember half of what had gone on in that book.

2.  I hate you Emmy's.  Sure I can get on board with no nomination for Patrick...he didn't submit his best work.  He had a crappy year storyline-wise.  He was never in an episode for more than like five minutes.  But seriously, you suck Emmy's for not nominating Ellen Pompeo... she was amazing in the episode she submitted.  And shame on you for not nominating Kate Walsh.  And boo to you nominating Katie Heigl...she's a bad actress (and a really bad fake crier).

3.  And for fear of exposing myself as a sci-fi geek I will not say that I am excited about the return of Farscape some TV show in the form of webisodes.  Seriously, muppets? Never heard of them.

1.  The laptop has been reformatted...it is completely clear of everything.  I'm sad but at the same time I can do over a bunch of stuff.  And I will remember to save it this time!  I really really need to find some icons for LJ and some music for the ipod.  And I need to get the laptop up and running because I hate sitting at this stupid pc.

2. I washed all my clothes in a fit of re-organizing my closet.  I want to put my winter clothes out of the way and get just summer stuff in my closet for now.  So I just washed everything.  I'm in the middle of my project which means that I have a house full of clothes.  Sit on the sofa? Clothes. Eat on the table? Clothes.  However my room is still clean!

3.  I helped my sister get her home office in order....and I thought I was messy.  Meanwhile she's due with her second baby in 8 days and has yet to set the baby's things up.  They are adding on a second bathroom and all the stuff that was in storage where the new bathroom is now taking up the baby's space.  They really need to get organized...I do not think that baby is waiting 8 more days.

4.  I'm thinking about reading some of the books taking up space on my shelves that I've never actually read.  Then maybe I'll be as well read as my shelves make me out to be.

So today was interesting...in a completely boring way.

I went to the lake and hung out under a tree.  I read and took a walk and I worked on my actual multi-part Grey's post finale epic (okay so only 5 chapters but that is epic for me).  The story is coming together like a patchwork quilt.  I have the beginning and the end of the first part (but not the middle) and I have a big chunk of the fourth part completed.  I'm actually a little in love with the fourth part right now. The fourth part just flew from my brain to the page because it is largely about Der/Mer sitting by a lake...hmmmm.....

Then I went and checked on my 500 month pregnant sister.  Seriously, the girl could pop at any minute.

When I came home, I finished up my laundry and cleaned my room...this is a shocking thing as I do not believe that I have ever seen the entire floor of my bedroom before.  But there it is.  The carpet is blue...who knew?  Sadly the rest of my house has clean laundry strewn across it.  And then there are the dishes...I hate dishes.

After the small cleaning spree, I went and got some Mexican food and came home to watch Heroes.  I have decided to watch one episode a day rather than a bunch in a huge sitting.  Watching large quantities of never before seen good shows is how I get in trouble and turn into a fandom crazy (see Alias).

Now I'm just hanging out listening to the new Maroon 5 album.  And I'm amazingly bored once again.

Someone needs to post a great fan fic for me to read and pass the time.

On my old blog over on Xanga, I predicted the breakup of you and the soon to be the texture of a leather couch from all the tanning Jessica SImpson. Glad to see I was correct. Sadly, you did not go on MTV and cry unlike a certain other ex of hers which disappoints me because I find crying guys entertaining. Still, only good can come from leaving Daisy Duke so bravo for cutting the mullet. And thank you for making me laugh with the following:

Your Score: Katharine Hepburn

You scored 9% grit, 42% wit, 38% flair, and 21% class!

You are the fabulously quirky and independent woman of character. You go your own way, follow your own drummer, take your own lead. You stand head and shoulders next to your partner, but you are perfectly willing and able to stand alone. Others might be more classically beautiful or conventionally woman-like, but you possess a more fundamental common sense and off-kilter charm, making interesting men fall at your feet. You can pick them up or leave them there as you see fit. You share the screen with the likes of Spencer Tracy and Cary Grant, thinking men who like strong women.

To Do List:

1. Attend Courtney's Graduation.  Stifle urge to make comments to her about the fact that I have two degree's and half a master's degree but still work at Applebee's.  Instead wish her luck with the job hunt!

2.  Clean house.  Stifle urge to leave house in complete disarray. No one ever comes over to my house so why should I attempt to clean it up.  No one is going to know that empty glass has been sitting on that shelf for two weeks but me and I really don't care.

3. Attempt to not fall into complete depression over the fact that I have to work so much next week.

4.  Get out the knitting and look into getting some cats.  Boys are stupid.

5.  Not dwell on the fact that Patrick Dempsey will be within 70 miles of me at the end of May.  Not think of a list of places he could possibly be staying at so as to stalk him (Dave Matthews always stays at the Cantabury Hotel).  My goal in life is to avoid restraining orders.

6.  Get a life.

I admit it...I HATED the movie 300...with a passion. And I disliked Casino Royale...there I've said it. Problems?  So's your face.

Dear god there is Drake and Josh fanfiction...and Gummi Bears.  The Internet is really a vaste wasteland.

I'm quitting school.

Luke and Lorelai are back!  So great to see a Luke Rant!

I want Ice Cream

I need to buy those energy efficent lightbulbs...and recycle. Global warming is coming to get us.

I'm pretty sure that the way they are fucking with food we are all going to be dead soon. If the Global warming doesn't get us. I'm going organic 100%.

Maybe I'll become a dog  walker and be a bum the rest of my life.

I need direction.

I have really boring thoughts.......
